Briana Tessmer is the Client Service and Reception Coordinator, where she is often the first voice clients hear and the first face they see when they arrive. She works alongside the Creekside team to make every interaction feel personal, organized, and unhurried — from scheduling and account correspondence to the small details that make a visit to the office feel welcoming.
Briana was drawn to Creekside by its friendly clientele and the warmth of its team. She believes that finances don’t have to be complicated or overwhelming, and she is glad to be part of a firm that works to make financial planning clearer and more approachable for the families it serves.
Before joining Creekside, Briana spent four years in the hospitality industry, where she developed strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills while delivering a high standard of personalized service. Briana graduated from Kent State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice Studies and a minor in Sociology.
Faith is an important part of Briana’s life. She attends Heritage Baptist Church each Sunday with her fiancé and is a member of the church’s Girls’ Book Club and Discipleship group. She values opportunities to give back and supports causes that make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Outside the office, Briana lives in Willoughby with her fiancé. She enjoys camping, hiking, reading, making memories with family, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers on NFL Sundays. She is also a proud pet mom to two cats, Hera and Iris, and a dog, Cookie.
